All items returned must be in new, unused condition including all packaging contents. A 10% restocking fee applies to orders being returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and returnee is responsible for return shipping. Returns on non-refundable items will be sent back at the shipper's expense.
Please note that all returns must include an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). In order to obtain an RMA#, please contact us at (720) 507-3332. or create a Help Desk Ticket on your My Account page. If you don't have an account with us, create one here.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Orders being exchanged or returned for store credit will not be charged a restocking fee however, additional shipping charges may apply.
If for any reason you have a warranty claim with one of our products, please contact us or create a Help Desk Ticket on your My Account page. If you don't have an account with us, create one here.
Please describe your situation, include your name and order number or transaction id. One of our technical specialists will then review your claim and contact you within 3-5 business days.
If you have images to send, please email them to Support@Rifle.Life and include your Help Desk Ticket number in the subject field.
In regards to claims dealing with damaged or blemished products we ask that you create a Help Desk Ticket on your My Account page. If you don't have an account with us, please go to the Contact Us page and fill out the form for review within 72 hours upon receiving the shipment. Unfortuantely, if items are too damaged to resell at a discounted price, we will be unable to return your item.
Pictures supporting your return in these cases are always appreciated. If you have images to send, please email them to Support@Rifle.Life and include your Help Desk Ticket number in the subject field.
FAILED BACKGROUND CHECKS
In the event of a failed background check, a 30% restocking fee will be applied on all lower receivers returned. Please see our FFL Requirement page for more details.
